Making notifications audible for Indoor Advance camera
All successfully set up and working except that Notifications to my mobile are silent. I have checked app level settings and event level settings, but the alerts remain silent. I would be most grateful for any help. TIA.

Ok. So I have the same issue. As this system claims to be a security system, the notifications about intrusion deletions should be audible even during the phone sounds are muted. I have iPhone App, and set Netatmo Security alerts as critical in the phone settings. Doesn't work. Anyone had similar problem or knows solution?
