New station, indoor sensor CO2 reading lost
Issue with CO₂ Readings on Old Indoor Sensor After Reconnecting to New Base Station
Background:
I recently purchased a new indoor base station (the main unit with a cable connection) and a new outdoor sensor. I replaced the outdoor sensor because its batteries were only lasting about two months.
I also reconnected my old indoor sensor (battery-powered, about 6–7 years old) from the previous setup. It’s now paired with the new base station.
Problem:
While temperature and humidity readings from the old indoor sensor are working fine, the CO₂ reading stays at 0 ppm. I tried reconnecting and recalibrating the sensor. During calibration, the CO₂ briefly rose to around 15 ppm but then dropped back to 0. This sensor was working perfectly with the old base station.
Additional Info:
- New Base Station (Bridge): Hardware v4, Firmware 204
- Old Indoor Sensor: Firmware 53 (no hardware version shown)
Any ideas on what might be causing the CO₂ reading issue?

I have a similar situation. I a not able to see co2 value on of my indoor modules.
**Update:** The issue has been resolved. Approximately two days after registering the old sensor to my new station, the CO2 reading abruptly increased from 0 to 400 ppm. Since then, the sensor has been functioning correctly.
