[Doorbell issue] Does not connect, Does not boot, Blank LED but works as classic doorbell

Hello,

We have the Doorbell for something like 2 years.

Working like a charm, never an issue nor disconnection till 3 weeks ago.
The Doorbell just went Off and never to be On again.

We've tried to :
- Shut off power for 8h than turn on the power again
- Reset button
- Change SD
- Checked the fuse
But nothing, no LED, no reactions from the doorbell.

But it's still do it work as a standard doorbell and the current goes through it to the ringing bell without issue.
It went from a Smart Doorbell to a "dumb" doorbell just like that

    We have found the solution.

    Without any answer from any the Support, nor Netatmo/Legrand themselves, in the past two weeks;
    the solution is to cancel anything from them.

    We are moving out our equipements from this vendor; that will include our buildings in Luxembourg too...
