Can't connect to relay

Today I lost connection to my Relay.
In the app it sometimes shows that the Relay is connected but has communication problems with all my valves, and sometimes it shows that the Relay is not connected at all.

On my router I can see that the Relay is successfully connected.
I tried to reconnect the Relay to my router. The setup was successful, and the Relay light turned white. However, after about 2 minutes it started blinking 5 times in white again, and the error reappeared in the app.

After trying to reconnect 3 times, I decided to delete the Relay from the app.
But now I can’t add the Relay or any other accessory back into the app. It shows the error: “Add accessory failed.”

Could this be an error on the Netatmo servers?
Because when I log in on my PC at home.netatmo.com, the Configuration and Setup Wizard → Energy section does not load.

    same issue here 
    its frustrating 

    also cannot add new thermostat through the app, not sure works with latest apple iOS!

    Same problem since yesterday evening.

    R.E.  My problem was solved by changing the batteries in the thermostat.
