Valve factory reset
Hello,
I have a valve which was connected to relay1. Batteries were removed before it was removed from relay1 in application.
Now I can't pair it with relay2, it's not in pairing mode. Not even after reset.
Is there anything like a factory reset?

How is it possible that there's no reset option for the valves?
I uninstalled them to connect them to another thermostat, but they keep trying to pair with the old relay. Did you manage to fix it?
My relay failed so lost connection to all valves so could not remove them from the old relay. Had to buy a new Thermostat + Relay not I have six valves I cannot connect to. Left message with support no answer so far.
Hi guys, same problem here. In a couple of years I've had all kinds of issues, batteries, setup point, valve unexpected removal and so far this is the end of a long pain. A valve stop working, and that is possible. I removed it. Now I had a spare one that I power up and I haven't found a way to make the system recognise it. Orst app and system ever. Bticino brought just problems and not solutions. After so many I will substitute the system with another. A thousand euro wasted.
Nobody helps us. I have the same problem. Valves need a way to reset as new. Remove firmware updates. All that.
I made it work. Here's how: remove the valve from the radiator and remove the batteries. Put it touching the relay/rele the box that receives and sends the info connected to the energy, not the thermostat.
Then go to detect new devices and let it search for them. At that time put the batteries in and wait for it to start sending signal and showing a number. Then it will be recognized and renumbered.
Seems like it has to be really near of it to be detected and especially add in the batteries and making it send the signal while the app is searching for it. Then you can put it back to the radiator before it starts calibrating again
This solved weeks of pain and frustration with several of my valves which refused to get added to the relay.
