Brand New Outdoor Modul does not Work properly

I just received a brand new outdoor Modul and connected it to my weather station. Everything seems to be OK. Connection WiFi Signal etc. But finally the Outdoor or Modul is showing a temperature higher as in my living room. Even after a new reset it still shows the wrong temperature. Still waiting about a reply from Netatmo. Seems something went wrong where ever. Anny hint for this ?

    You can calibrate this via settings in your app

    Thanks for the information in the meantime the outdoor Modul is working correctly
