Display / Temp measurement issue with Smart Thermostat NTH01
The display on my smart thermostat NTH01 is has stopped working. I have replaced the batteries, still not working. The unit seems to be connect to the relay.
From my Iphone app I am able to view temp however the temp reading seem to be unstable.
Any recommendations?
If I replace the display will this correct the problem
Where can I purchase a new Smart Thermo that will be compatible with my Realy

I am having the same issue with one of my smart thermostats. Resolution please.
Me too, I can't see any numbers on the display. It's kind of greyed out an pixelated.
It seems that the LCD Display problem is a common fault with these Thermostats.
I found a video on Youtube that showed me how to open up the unit and remove the display. Its a bit tricky but possible to do. I found the part number for the faulty display on on the back of the unit and ordered a new one from China (link below)
Received the new one in about 1 week and it works!!!
Again its a bit tricky to insert the new cable into the connector but after a few tries it worked. Everything powered up first time and I'm back

I purchased 3 Thermostats and all 3 nearly at the same time got the same problem, this smells like planned obsolescence and looks like manufacturer's intentional shortening of a product's life in order to increase sales and provoke repeat purchases. Netatmo should react on that.
