Smart Weather Station keeps losing connection after adding a Smart Carbon-Monoxide Alarm.

Hi everyone,

I've had a smart weather station with hardware version 2 (i.e., without Apple HomeKit) for over a decade. After adding a Smart Carbon Monoxide Alarm to my setup and Apple Home yesterday, I'm struggling with connection drops with the weather station.

So far, I've been able to find out the following: The weather station was previously located in its own home within the app, let's call it "Weather." We'll now simply call the HomeKit home "Apple."

While the Smart Carbon Monoxide Alarm was being set up, the weather station was automatically moved from "Weather" to "Apple." At least the weather app now suddenly displays the name of the HomeKit home.

This is when the connection drops began. The weather app constantly displayed "The large module has been disconnected." Restarting the station didn't help. I then tried to reset the Wi-Fi connection, but it failed because after entering the password, the message "Wi-Fi connection too weak" was displayed, even though the station and router are in the same room.

This morning it worked again, but only for four hours. For the past three hours, the station has been disconnected and unreachable again.

What do I need to do to get everything working again permanently? Could moving the station to the HomeKit house actually cause these problems?

Thank you!
