Help account is corrupt

When I log in, it keeps getting stuck in the top left corner (where your home is, there are always dots). It cannot retrieve any data and the app also no longer works. I received an error message in the app while installing the radiator valves. Now I can't do anything anymore. I also no longer see my weather station or thermostat.
