abnormal battery drain

Good morning, I'm having an abnormal battery drain problem. Over the past three weeks, my thermostat has used four sets of batteries (always replaced with new ones). The thermostat is located about two meters from the valve. The firmware version is 79.

    Another battery set is gone.. please some one can help me? @netatmo assistance exist or not?

    Another battery set is done.. in deciding to repliche all Netatmo products due to missing assistance and missing solution.
    In the past was really different .. better service

    I’m having the same issue. According to the web, it suggests installing high power, long life batteries. I guess that means they’ll last a bit longer.
    Have you had a response from Netatmo?

    Same problem, my batteries run out in 3/4 days

    I’m having the same problems with battery drain. After working fine for several years, I now need to replace batteries every 7 - 14 days. In addition my display has permanently rotated through 90 degrees and will not right itself
