Very unreliable thermostats

Dear all, First of all, I haven’t could find any support mail for Netatmo(!) very confusing site… So I try inhere instead. My review of this thermostat system is very bad! All my thermostats are very unreliable, from time to another the thermostat(s) are not calibrated, and then heat the rooms up, so tonight I woke up 03 at night because there was 32°c inside our bedroom because the thermostat was not calibrated and then it opened full up for the valve.. All of my thermostats do this several times at a day, and my confidence to this system is not existing unfortunately. I had the system for 3 years and it has been the same since i installed it. And specially in the winter periods of course. If I just could get some push notifications that some of my thermostats are not calibrated it could help a little bit. I’m running iPhone with newest iOS firmware. I’m ready to throw it directly in the garbage, then i don’t save anything if the thermostats is not calibrated and I’m not home to fix it. Please let me know what Netatmo thinks I should do? Thanks in advance.

    Last weeks it’s impossible to connect them more than 1 day. It’s a headache.

    I think it’s the moment to change the thermostats with another trademark. Do you know which trademark is the most reliable?

    Wow to see more people effected by this issue… I’m currently looking into Tado system specifically Tado X series. I know that some of the features are payable, but if it’s more reliable than Netatmo that’s fine with me(!)

    It's not possible to set the "true temperature ", this function doesn't work at all.
