Replacing defective Smart Thermostat
Hi,
I need to replace the Thermostat (LCD dispay dfect)
I have a new one but i can not add it to the configuration, nor can i delete the defective one.
How can i proceed in swapping those devices?

I have a similar issue. I can't remove the old thermostat and relay or add the new ones. Tried both the control app and the web app.
I have the same problem. Has anyone found a solution to it?
I did manage it in the end through trial and lots of errors. I used both the control app and the energy app and managed to delete the old relay and old thermostat. After that installing the new ones to the location did work but some of the steps took a long time to register. Good luck
Hi all, I purchased 3 thermostats and nearly at the same time all LCD broke. Sorry but this smells like planned obsolescence and sounds like manufacturer's intentional shortening of a product's life in order to increase sales and provoke repeat purchases. I will open a claim with Netatmo and see what they respond
