infrared and floodlight failure after 1 month of installation.
I installed a Netatmo Smart Outdoor Camera with Siren about one month ago.
The camera works perfectly during the day (video stream and connection are fine), but recently at night the image is completely dark: neither the floodlight nor the infrared LEDs turn on, either automatically or when I try to switch the light on manually from the app.
I have already checked that night vision is enabled in the app and I have power-cycled the device, but the issue remains.
It looks like a failure of the light/IR module. Since the product is almost new, I kindly ask for a replacement under warranty.
in attachment you will find the proof of purchase. I bought 4 cameras on Amazon and can provide invoice. Cameras delivered on 11th and 12th August 2025 and installed at the beginning of September 2025.
