After being uninstalled and reinstalled, valves cannot be detected

After I deleted relay, thermostat, and valves from the app and reinstalled them, the thermostatic valve could not be detected. The installation of relay and thermostat went smoothly (I reset relay), but the valve still could not be found during the search process.

    Who has had the same experience as me? I'm almost falling apart~

    I have the same issue - I have managed to randomly move one valve - I have two in pairing mode, but they cannot be found and the rest still managed by the old relay (which is not reliable).

    A valve was connected to the wrong relay and I cannot get it to reconnect. It has been deleted from the NetAtmo set up but still calls itself valve no. 5 on its display (but there is already another valve no. 5 for this relay). I cannot remove the Netatmo valve from the radiator to put it next to the relay to do a factory reset as when I unscrew it, water starts to emerge! I have taken the batteries out of the competing no. 5 valve, but that does not seem to make any difference. After putting in batteries, the first valve just flashes 5 with the 3-bar symbol trying to find the relay: after a while it gives up and displays the temperature. The app never sees it. Please can NetAtmo tech support contact me to discuss options: perhaps you can delete it off properly from cloud admin?
