Smart Thermostat Not Reaching The Temperature Set Point
My Smart Thermostat and the relay on my gas boiler are connected to my WIFI and communicating correctly. The boiler is switching On/Off when the temperature setpoint is manually adjusted. The boiler is working correctly and heating the radiators. The problem is that the thermostat is not detecting the actual temperature in the room and staying at 18.9 deg for a set point of 21 deg so the boiler is constantly running. There are no errors on the thermostat or indicated on the app. I would have expected an error message if the thermostat was not detecting the room temperature. Any reason why it has suddenly stopped working? Or what can i do to resolve it. This is a fairly new TS that I only purchased in 2023.
