I’m getting Error 1100 on my Netatmo Outdoor Camera and I’m really stuck. From what I’ve read on the community board, this error often points to a connection or communication issue, possibly with Netatmo’s servers or firmware. Several users have also mentioned that a problem with the SD card can trigger this error, and that removing or reseating the card — or in some cases drying the device if there was moisture — has helped. Power cycling the camera for an extended period has also reportedly fixed it for some people.
I’ve tried network checks and reboots, but the issue keeps coming back, so I’m hoping someone here has run into a similar persistent version of Error 1100 and found a reliable solution. Any guidance or insight would really be appreciated.
I’ve always liked Netatmo’s products and support, and I’ve generally had good experiences with the brand. I’m really hoping this can be resolved smoothly — and if not, I’d be grateful for any advice Netatmo might have on possible next steps or options they could offer in situations like this.

After removing (+/- resetting SD card ) you need to apply some dielectric grease - can purchase a small tube from big US online web store for £5 )
