Download 5 minute measurement frequency not available

Hi,

I have 5 minutes data for over a year in an excel-file and was about to download the latest data but the 5 minutes frequency isn't available, the shortest frequency is every 30 minutes. I've been using the 5 min frequency just to get as accurate statistics as possible and 30 minutes aren't enough. How can i download the every 5 minutes data?

    Hi!

    I am also interested in this topic and looking forward to an answer to the question raised by samohtm. I have been using 5 minutes data up until recently. After the new download feature was implemented a few days ago, 5 minutes data is no longer available. Why is that?

    Hi,

    the new download feature, should be devoted to "give you a simpler, more complete, and more intuitive experience". However, it's no longer possible to download all the data collected by the weather station, which is crucial to me. I hope this is a bug and will be fixed quickly.

    Hi,
    I've been downloading data and processing it in Excel for years. 
    Having data every 30 minutes means I can't calculate maximum and minimum values.
    Every update always results in a worsening.

    Please tech support, make the 5 min interval available. It is very important to me because of flooding in recent years.

    With the redesign of the data management system, it is no longer possible to download the data in its entirety. In my opinion, the previous 5-minute interval corresponds to the measurement intervals.

    Downloading a minimum 30-minute interval is not sufficient for me.

    I would like to be able to use all of the data that I transmit to Netatmo.

    I also miss the option to download all measurement points for each sensor for a period of three months.
    It's nice that several sensors can be downloaded at the same time, but unfortunately, a period of one month is not enough for me. Data should be downloadable from all sensors, not just a maximum of five.
    Currently, however, even this does not work for me.
