additionel Air Quality monitor could not Connect with current one.

I want te Connect two air monitors with an three years old model. They look the same in the outside. In the process of connecting the monitor is failed due to ‘ could not get firmware info’ . In hope there is Some kind of helpdesk. Contact with someone from Netatmo Sems impossible, so I hope via this platform I get Some help. Kooij, Netherlands

    You're not the only one having this issue. Bought it yesterday and I'm having the same error message while trying to pair it with Home Coach app

    I’m having a similar issue. Original weather station was installed a couple of months ago with the Netatmo app. Trying to add an additional indoor module. It never finds the new module. The Home Coach app does find and sets up the new module but the two modules can’t see each other. It seems impossible to get help….
