smart thermostat

Hi All,

I have been trying to install my smart thermostat but to no avail. First it said I had weak internet problems then I rectified this by getting a range extender which is working. The problem I now meet is 'searching for your product' now comes up and then it goes back to retry etc. Any help greatly accepted before I go out of my mind.
