Smart wireless thermostat defective

Hi,

I have bough new Smart Thermostat starter kit over Amazon a year and a half ago, when I started to renovate a flat.

I have decided to connect it couple of days ago and noticed that the screen on the thermostat is blank. I have tried with different batteries but there is no sign of life. As the product is more than a year old, warranty is over.

There is no chance of getting replacement as every product is coded. The Thermostate is brand new, unused.

I am trying to contact Netatmo, but there is no email or support chat available on their site.
