How to reset Indoor Camera Advance

No data

So, I plugged in the camera via the PoE ethernet adopter. It lit up green, then flashing blue, and eventually flashing white (I think that was the sequence). I started pairing through the Netatmo Security app. But when it got to the step where it adds to Apple Home, it hung for a long time and then said it couldn’t be found? Or maybe it said couldn’t be added.

Updating

I checked my network switch and saw it was sending power, but no data to the camera. I switched the cable to a crossover cable and then it showed power and data. I went back to the camera advance. After a few LED colour changes, it eventually started flashing magenta (they say pink in the documentation but it’s clearly magenta). So it must have a network connection if it was doing a firmware update.

Already added to another home

Eventually it finished the update, but it remained solid blue instead of flashing. I power cycled the camera but it still eventually came back to solid blue. Next I pressed the reset button for a moment. The solid blue changed to flashing and the Netatmo app progressed all the way through to adding to Home. But when I tapped to add, Home said that it was already setup in another home and might need to be reset.

How do I reset?

I held the reset button for about 30 seconds and the light turned red. After releasing the light quickly flashed green. Since then, I was able to add the camera to Apple Home.

Didn’t work for me. Been trying to get a hold of netatmo support for weeks.
Useless support team. I regret buying their products

I had exactly the same problem, last step was to power toggle my internet router to get Indoor Camera Advance connected (however camera was able to update it's firmware before router power toggle).
