New owner moving into my house

I’m moving house & have a netatmo smart thermostat. I’d like to leave some instructions for the new owner who is not familiar with this product. Can you please advise where I can download instructions for setting himself up on the Netatmo App please. Is it just a question of downloading the new Energy app “Home + Control & creating a new account for this address? I want to try & give him simple instructions.
