How to fix Smart Thermostat

Hello , this post to try to find the root cause of Smart Thermostat problem:

Issue: The Smart Thermostat show wrong Temperature with big offset  (+8°C often & -1°C sometimes)  , and the function True Temperature is no longer working.

Could be the Temp sensor? but where is?

Someone has already fix the problem?
