Netamo termostat - problems while configure it in the app

Hi,

Termostat is working fine but I have problems connecting with the app. While I'm setting up the connection between relay and the app, there is an unexpected error and I can't continue.

I can see the relay connected to the WiFi but the configuration suddenly is stopped.

I have tried to reset everything as commented in different posts, changing WiFi parameters, but nothing different happened.

Could anyone know how I can do it?

    Actually I can't help, as I have exactly the same issue. I also tried to install my relay through windows installer. Roughly same history, relay connect to wifi and after that nothing happens.
    Have to say Netatmo is probably the worst shit I ever have bought, and no help from Support

    I have the same issue. It worked so far, but I had to resintall the device as the new app was asking me to configure and set up my home as a remaining maintenance step. Since then I am unable to get this thing work after years of operation
