The Netatmo relay does not close the contact. The double cable (power and contact is ok). The Led in the relay lights on and a click is audible, but the contact does not close

    If it closes when the Thermostat should be off, then the polarity is switched in the settings.
    If really nothing happens whatsoever, then I‘m afraid your Relais is defective.

    Thank you very much for your answer GEORGzer. The contact is always open, so I think the relay is detective. The component is brand new. How can I change it?

    If it’s bought recently, contact your reseller and ask for a warranty replacement.
