Smart indoor camera disconnected

Hi,

Since a while my indoor camera is not anymore connected and I don't get it fixed. I tried to reconfigure the network by turning 180° and waiting green flashlight and then connect with the network it works, but then error code 0097-00003 occurred. I also have to change the power supply as it was not working again, but works with other assets. really strange. 
Could you help me how to fix or is my camera damaged?
