Server issue, why not access to the device itself then???

It's not our Wifi, it's not our network, it's not our app, it's not our phone or computer,
no, it's not.
 
It's the Netatmo API server.
Why don't we get this message in the app? 'Sorry, our server is offline or down.'
Instead of: 'maybe it's your wifi, your network, ...'
 
Why don't we have access to 'OUR' measurements from the devices we bought?
If the API server is down, then we could have readings from the device itself.

    Jepp…ich bin auch Endzeit genervt weil ich bisher dachte, mein Hauptmodul wäre defekt. Es verliert ständig die Verbindung und erst ein stromlos machen führt wieder zu einer Wlan Verbindung. Diese hält aber nie lange, dabb geht das Spiel wieder von vorne los. netatmo erscheint mir immer mehr als reine Insellösung in meinem Haushalt.
