Netatmo AC Controller cannot be set to temperature below 18 degrees (Celsius)

Bought a "Netatmo AC Controller" but I am not allowed to set temperature below 18 degrees celsius!?!... I need to set it to temperature around 10 or 12 degrees when I am not arround.... Any idear why 18 is a limit or how to get around this problem?
