order incomplete

Hello,
I just ordered a Smart Thermostat (order #CH-34061156), but I was unable to download a copy of the invoice (via Download My Invoice). I also did not receive a confirmation email at my email address daniel.vetterli@gmx.ch. I placed the order as a guest because I was unable to log in to my account. I would appreciate an order confirmation and information about whether the order has been activated in your system.
