Wifi connection setup not possible with 2 new smoke alarms

I have 4 new smoke detectors of which 2 cannot be connected to WiFi. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a response and solution from the helpdesk but I don't get any more response. It is unacceptable that Netatmo does not solve this issue.

    Did you manage to fix this? Having the same issue with 2 out of 3 new detectors

    No, the problem is still present and there is no response / solution from the Netatmo helpdesk.

    I have already tried another Wi-Fi network, another account and another device but that does not solve the problem.

    I have the same problem. Can it be a firmware issue?
    Latest release according Netatmo site is: 1.15.0 this is also the version installed on the devices i have trouble with.

    Two other devises i have bought a while ago have firmware version 2.0.5 these had no issue installing and setting up Wifi.
    With no connection updating is also a challenge, any thoughts

    All of my devices have 2.0.1, so I am not sure if this is the issue.

    I was able to contact Netatmo and get a response, but it was not helpful. Netatmo wanted me to file for warranty at Amazon. I don't believe that 2 out of 3 devices are really broken.

    Thanks for your reply.
    I was hoping firmware was the problem.
    To it is strange that on the Netatmo site firmware latest update is two years old and as they say- 1.15.0???

    Hope someone can give some tips and or direction to a solution.
