Battery cover stuck
I have today bought 3 Netatmo radiator valves. All 3 battery covers wont move in any direction. I've followed all instructions in online videos. Can anyone recommend a fix? Otherwise I will have to send them back to Amazon, Thanks if you can help.

Press the palm of your hand on the lid of the Valve and turn it counterclockwise.
Thank you for your reply GEORGzer. I have tried everything I know , including fingers, thumbs and palms. Neither me or my friends have been able to unlock the battery covers on 3 valves in the same box - so I have now returned for a refund. Simon
