Does this company have any customer support or product maintenance anymore?
The outdoor cameras' Dropbox connection has been offline for several weeks now. The app shows connection problems constantly. Based on the other forum posts, it's the same for all customers. This isn't even the first time that Dropbox uploads have been out of service for a long period of time.
The product is basically useless at the moment, as it doesn't save the videos and doesn't notify of detected movement. This is a major outage. Support tickets go unanswered, nobody from the company replies to community posts.
Is the issue being worked on in the company? Again, this is a major issue and should be a top priority since it's practically bricking the products. Is the company still active? Will this issue be fixed? Should we start looking for alternatives?

A big shame as the camera that is working works v well ( my home one is still offline and I have a brand new one still in the box which I am loathe to set up until these numerous issues are addressed. I miss seeing the wildlife passing through the driveway! )
I only use the security app as I had difficulty installing it to home kit plus I don't know anything about drop box . I get notifications, and can save any videos of interest.
Perhaps we should write to the CEO who is on linkedin about these issues?
The response time is 1-2 weeks and you can try twitter maybe ? I did get a response and generic advice . Good Luck🙏
