Got mine working after I kept my camera unpowered overnight. Also deleted the active zone, but created it again after I noticed that the camera works.

Yep, same here. I’m pretty sure that it’s homekit issue, as others have been experiencing same with different brand cameras, but most of them got them working after deleting and re-adding.
