I have exactly same problem. Outdoor module out of order last two weeks, changed battery, no corrosion, simply would not connect. Seems died. And it is impossible to buy a new outdoor module itself...

Seems it works now. Two outdoor and one indoor cam. In the past, Netatmo had a link to their web pages where you can check if their servers are working properly. Do not know it this exists nowadays?
