Detects objects as people

My outdoor camera on our terrace keeps on detecting a cable as a person and turns on the flood lights and notifies me "someone is there" every 5 min.

Is there a way to either "block a specific area"? The camera is drilled into the wall so we can really only move it up and down and we also need that specific angle.
