My doorbell is sending me 1-2 false alerts per minute! It thinks it saw a person and sends me alerts 1 to 2 times each minute. No matter how many times I click on improve detection and mark the alert as “not a person”. The detection does not approve. I emailed a support ticket a week ago and have had no reply, except the automated “ This email is automatically generated in response to your message. We have received your request and we make every effort to respond as quickly as possible.”
As it has been a week that is roughly 13,440 alerts ago! Come on Netatmo, this is terrible on every level…. Especially customer service!
