The camera stopped recording to HSV and sending notifications from HomeKit after updating to iOS 18. I tried resetting and adding again, it didn't help. Anyone else having the same problem?
For me too, after switching off and on twice it works again

For me the opposite. Seems were fixed because everything works from 10/15 days but fron yesterday evening after iOS 18.1 updates no cameras are working. Shame on netatmo

I have the same problem as everyone else here. I have 4 cameras and a doorbell and I cannot get recording to work. I have reset all the cameras and connected them (which is a very time consuming process!) but it doesn’t help. I have reached out to netatmo support but no answer.

What customer posted worked for me. I powered off the camera until I received a notification that the camera was offline before restoring power. It's been recording for the last few days.

Today, after a few days of leaving the Presence in Stream only, then changing it to Stream and Record yesterday, I powered it down until Home said it was offline and only then turned it back on again. A few minutes later, it started recording to HKSV. I think everyone's experience is likely to be different but thought I should share this in case it helps kick someone else's Presence back into recording."

I have disabled ipv6 in my router and switch as per the comment from netatmo employee back in this threat. It has partially worked and at least one camera is now recording. I’m going to follow advice and switch off for a while and also run in stream only mode to see what happens.

It's not working again. It missed events and then stopped recording. I've done some restarts, but no new recordings as of now.

my two presence outdoor cameras start to record, without intervention.

Same recording issue here with the netatmo indoor cam. Ironically I also have serval cheap eufy cameras that never have failed and are still working perfect today (HSV recording on iOS / HomePod / tvOS 18.1) I really like the design of my Netatmo indoor cam so I want to keep it in my interior but the issues are frustrating and taking too long now.

So today my indoor camera has received an update to 5.24.0 in which the changelog promises:
"Fix HomeKit Secure Video not properly recording after iOS/HomePod OS 18 release."
Could there be some light at the end of the tunnel for us? Does this mean an equivalent update for the outdoor cameras will be released (very) soon?

I hope so STick220. I've had a terrible experience with HKSV and my Netatmo Presence for well over a year (if not longer). It's never recorded consistently like my Logitech cameras do. I'm grateful for the internal storage, otherwise I wouldn't have captured most of the motion events.
Regardless of the firmware: With every device on iOS 18.1 and manually stopped recording and then enabled it again, all my cameras are showing records after nearly a week again.

I'm anxiously awaiting this software update. Anyone who's received it have good things to report?

One of my two outdoor cameras updated yesterday afternoon, typically it was the camera that recorded to HKSV successfully most of the time since IOS 18 anyway so it isn't much of a test for the new firmware. I can confirm however that it has notified and recorded each event since yesterday's update. I am still patiently waiting for the other more troublesome outdoor camera to update, that one will be a far better test of the IOS 18 issues as it has barely worked with HKSV since.

3.22.0 installed. So far, the recording is much better—although it's missed some events that were in the distance which were recorded on the internal storage. The recorded objects closer to the camera have parity with HomeKit Secure Video.

Hey folks, 3.22 has been running on my Presence for a week or so now and things are looking much, much better! I'm back to the performance I had before the xOS 18 releases so hats off to the engineers for sorting this out. Thanks!!
