Try to put a closer access point. doorbell has a very weak antenna. my doorbell is 3 meters from the access point, and the signal is half or 3/4.

If the Doorbell ist connected, the Powersupply Status as well as the WLAN Signal ist Always excelente. I got one Router, the Mesh based Repeaters and one non Mesh based Repeaters wich ist near the doorbell and offers the 2.4 GHz WLAN. The setting works flowless in the past, during the past two month the problem apears.

Try to verify in the network management whether your doorbell connection is locked to the access point... so that it does not roam to a weaker access point.

    Hello,

the Doorbell is connected to an WLAN-Repeater, that is not connected via mesh with the main router in oure home network. the WLAN-Repeater has not the default WLAN SSID, that is usualy used by other devices in  oure home. The SSID the Doorbell is connected to, is only available on the certain repeater, that is next to the doorbell, so no connecting to a repeater far far away is not possible.

Is it possible to collect a set of log-file etc. for the netatmo support?

Which is the best way to get in touch with an tecnical engineer, so the problem could be solved.

I would like to keep the doorbell because other devices (Presence, Welcome, Thermostate and weather station) are working good.
