connection error ERR_NO_SSID

I have a different internet provider and a new DECO XE75 Pro. I have restarted the Netatmo Health Coach and tried to add a new product, but it doesn’t help. It still returns an error message. Please advice.

    Same here with deco x50 5g router after upgrade of router. Any idea?

    No sorry. I just gave up. No help from netatmo either 😕

    I solved it by adding A special iot wireless net on the deco 5g router and added the netatmo device. This solved the problem.
