New doorbell doesnt start

Just mounted the doorbell using the 12v netatmo in-wall transformer. When i turn on the power, it gives 1 blue blink, and then 1 yellow blink. After this, the led is turned off. After ~30 sec it blinks the infrared light 1 time, and then after some seconds more, it turns on the infrared light. It stays like this. If i connect the microusb, it does the exact same thing. If i press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds, nothing happens. What to do?
