Door Lock beeping and states it is stuck.

Hi,

My smart lock during use now regularly beeps and states in the app and in apple home that the lock is stuck.

I think it is not as is releases fine then I try, and opening again also works when I sent the command, but it is not really reassuring.

I verified the batteries (took them out and put them in a battery tester) which are all still about 70%.
you hear the internals of the lock also running slow and make a sound as if they are having a difficult time.

I sent the command 2 or 3 times and then It worked again normal.
An hour later and the device started beeping again.

Please let me know what more you need from me to investigate this matter.
Would be not so nice If the Lock stopped working or even stayed open.
