Timeline display

Since yesterday, the tiles on the timeline display are now all blank on both my ipad and android phone. If I click on any one, its information becomes visible. But I can no longer scan down them to pick out events of interest.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    First, could you please delete your Netatmo app > reboot your phone > reinstall the latest version on the Netatmo app? No worries, this will not delete your data. 

    If the situation persists, for personalized assistance, please submit a request through our Help Center. Visit https://helpcenter.netatmo.com/hc, select the product and article that best matches your issue, and click "Send a request" at the bottom of the article. Our Support team will then get in touch with you via email. 

    Please add as many details as possible (screenshots, app and OS version, phone model etc).

    Sadly the solution mentioned above did not help and the problem persists
