Cannot send videos to Dropbox
My Netatmo Presence works fine on my phone but I cannot see the clips in Dropbox. Settings tell me that the camera is not connected to a FTP server. Is there a way to correct this in settings?

I'm getting the same problem!
According to a recent reply on another post they’ve ‘fixed a bug’ and it should work
It is still not working,
Both my Netatmo Presence outdoor floodlight cameras stopped sending to dropbox earlier this month and still don't send any clips.
Confirmed. Definitely still not working .

Maybe everyone should open a ticket for the dropbox issue ?
I did when this first happened,
How frustrating!
It’s quite a recurrent issue looking at google ( …plus some references to an update on 7 June) .
AI has some suggestions including checking SD card etc etc ….but most likely it’s something only Netatmo can fix .
( I would not know how to use Dropbox even !)
Seems to be working again......
