I have a similar problem. I got an error message “not found security pin code in configuration”. How can I restore this PIN code?
Did you receive an answer from Netatmo? Their customer support seems non existent.
I never got an answer. I was not able to contact them either.
Yeah, their hardware is cool but software and support are horrible. Regret the purchase...
