Warranty - outdoor camera

Hello, FloodLight and infrared are not working. Warranty Case # 3334628 opened, but since 24. July there are no actions from netatmo customer service! Many of emails and chats sent to netatmo … but without any answer. How to reach the? Over Legrand if they are not responding? Allready second outdoor camera with same error (this one after less than one year). BR

    hi there, I had the same issue - it kicked on early July when it seems an upgrade happened.  Struggling to get any support.

    thanks - there was radio silence for nearly 2 weeks.  Based on the comments in the community, it seemed the support was non-existent.  Looking forward to your support.
