Outdoor camera will not connect to Apple Homekit
Your outdoor cameras will not connect to apple home! I am so upset at your process of joining camera to the security app and the apple home app. Standing on a ladder showing qr codes to a camera is about the dumbest way I can think of to add a camera. I have tried for months now to get the camera to join apple home and no matter what i do it still fails. I have no issues with Logitech, Aqara, Eve cameras joining with ease. Your customer support is pitiful.

Is that the siren outdoor camera ? I heard it doesn’t connect to Dropbox or home kit
My Netatmo presence connected to HomeKit initially but when I added another camera a few years later - I had to delete HomeKit in order to do so .
Sorry not much help to you but agree standing with a QR code periodically is such a nonsense
Isn’t there a qr code on paper in the box, that you can use instead of the one on the camera?
The qr code is required to hold in front of the Netatm camera as part of the setup process. Yes there is a paper copy in the box but you have to hold it in front of camera after it is powered on - meaning standing on a ladder.
Keith - have you tried printing out the QR code on A4 sized paper ? That way ( perhaps) you can hold it up without needing a ladder ?
I’m sure you’ve seen this on the website but just in case …..
.. can’t setup the Smart Outdoor Camera. What should I do?
Steps
Reboot your router and your smartphone.
Reboot the Camera (at the fuse). The floodlight should turn on a few seconds.
If the floodlight doesn’t turn on at all, contact us.
If the floodlight stays on forever, change the Camera’s SD card.
Open the Home + Security App and from the settings choose “Install new products”. Follow the instructions.
Note: If your Camera doesn't detect the QR code, vary the distance between the code and the lens and make sure that the code is well illuminated (don't try it at night for example).
Once the code is detected, the Camera's LED will start blinking rhythmically.
Make sure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4 GHz network. The Camera is not compatible with other frequencies.
If you try to install the Camera on a Wi-Fi repeater:
Make sure it doesn’t have the same name (SSID) than your router.
To test if there is an issue with your repeater, try to install the Camera directly on your router (by changing the network your smartphone is connected on).
If the problem persists, follow our advanced network troubleshooting guide.
