Netatmo relay reinstall fails repetedly

After network chance it is impossible to reinstall Netatmo relay! All preconditions are as prescribed. Install process drops on 'Waiting for Netatmo relay' and ends with and errorcode 2015. I ender Up removing the device from the app, but to No avail. I have tried this one time before and is is very very frustrating!! Has anybody som input to a solution

    Mám úplně stejný problém. Najednou přestalo fungovat a nejde znovu nainstalovat, "čekání na Netatmo relay končí stejným chybovým kódem. Bohužel netuším, jak topení rozfungovat jinak, takže netopím :-(

    Hi I had to change my Wi-Fi settings. Trying to setup the two cameras to the new Wi-Fi settings and they don’t follow. All settings are as required. Could you please help? In the past, I had received a list of extra actions which I did and it worked.
