True temperature is not working
I can now apply the True Temperarature offset through "Home + Control" app but nothing is changing (I have 4 smart valves, tried on 3 but none is working).
Entering the web app on my.netatmo.com I cannot find the True Temperarature option.

True temperature is not working for 4 month now. Changes are only saved for one day. The next day True temperature is resetet. I not recommend these radiator values.
Same problem for me. true temperature does provide just a temporary adjustment, few hours later the reading is wrong again.

Same problem here. I have been dealing with the “True Temperature” setting during some weeks and it only works for a while. After a few hours, the delta temp between the valve and the real temperature appears again
After contacting Bticino support the problem is solved. Here is what I have done following their instructions:
1. Remove the valve from Home + control app
2. Remove the batteries from the valve for 30 min at least.
3. Re-add the valve
4. After few hours proceed setting the True temperature
This worked for me. Prior I used to have a delta over 3°C among reference and valve temperatures. Now there are around 1°C (don’t expect 0, that’s here physics thermal inertia rules) during heating up, closed to zero when the room temperature is stabilized.
Thanks ! In the previous days I didn’t have to use the true temperature , maybe they solved it somehow server side (?)
