Relay have issues

I was tempted to change the application to new one - what a mistake! 

Since then I'm trying to get back "my home" and overcome issues with Relay configuration.

IT infrastructure has not changed at all. Later I even tried to reconfigure router, have changed SSID, password, settings like I have read they recommend, and still without success.

Relay is connecting to wifi, and configuration, then it starts automatically update firmware. After download and installing of the firmware is completed, it triggers reboot of the Relay - and this unfortunately breaks. The Relay is not connecting to application, and application is showing an error - "Something went wrong" , and error occurred, please try again later. (Error code: 0097-00003).

lost already several hours of trying and troubleshooting, web search, AI help or this forum, it is impossible...

This is my complaint for handling changes products. Currently their product is useless.

    I contacted Netatmo support. They modified/pushed an update directly to my device, and after that I was able to complete the setup successfully.

    If you contact support, make sure to fill in your device number (serial number) in the support form — that seems to be important for them to apply the update to your device.

    I have tried again today, and it seems they fixed it. I was able to use old app and configure it without the issues. I will be waiting until they would make new application usable and feature rich, at least alike current app, then I'll try to switch again...
