Since Netatmo support is atrocious, do you have any solution to error message: 0097-00003 for the radiator relay?

We didn't get ANY response to our support ticket 3398952 in 9 days... so I am trying it out here. Our smart radiator relay doesn't connect at all and gives the error message: 0097-00003 after you connect it to wifi and it restarts. It's a fully functional 2ghz wifi network and I tried everything in the support pages, but nothing worked. Now I switched all the radiator valves to analogue ones again, since it's below 0 here, but would like to get the Netatmo ones working again if possible.

    I have the exact same problem. Same error message and same abyssmal support. Tried everything from support pages as well. 

    If anybody can help, it will be greatly appreciated.

    I was contacted by Netatmo support. They had to do something on their end. Now everything is working again. Relais active, thermostats in control app and homekit.

    I hope your problems are solved as well.
